Checked in online yesterday and drove to the location. Checked in again at store and showed me as in store with a short wait. Stylist I chose finished with her client and cleaned up. She should have seen I was waiting in store. She came back to the register and another client walked in and she removed my name from the On Deck list and cut his hair. Sorry I was not going to wait again so informed the other stylist and walked out.

My husband went and got a haircut and it was completely not what he was asking for. He went in and asked if he could get a very short trim on the sides. Knowing he was shy, he didn’t want to ask for a refund because he didn’t want to sound mean. I know we will never be going back there, and that they deserve a 1 star.

This place is usually ok… I go in get a suffice haircut and leave never to excited about any of them… but occasionally this one person messes me up…. I’m talking inconsistent haircut, not what I asked for, not blended or faded at all, just hard rigid uneven lines…. This time was the panicle of that I asked for a taper on the sides and to pretty much only thin out the top abit, well…. She gave me this weird triangle Mohawk thing that is impossible to cover up or make look good. After I left I had school photos and cross country photos 2 hours later. Like I said I’ve had some ok haircuts from here but there’s about a 12% change you’ll get brutally destroyed

I get a consistently great haircut every time I go there. I drive out of my way past 2, 3, possibly even four other Sport Clips locations to get to this one. I have my regular hair stylist but I'm not telling who she is because she is already incredibly busy. Cuz she's just that good. You really can't go wrong with who you pick there because when she hasn't been there other ladies have stepped in and cut my hair and have done a really good job as well

Advertised as a place “guys can watch sports”, yet is in reality more like a great clips with tv’s. Over half the clientele are kids running around. Turn around must be paramount because I always feel like I’m rushed in/out and the stylists prefer to mow your head with clippers vs using scissors. The up sell is pushed pretty hard for a vibrating chair and hair products which I’m sure is a corporate thing and a carrot to dangle in front of the employees for more pay. The staff is always polite yet the quality of the haircut varies as some strive in the fast paced environment while others act like they can’t wait for their shift to be over. So a mixed bag of hype to get you in the door and indifference to how you want your hair cut. I give it 2 1/2 meh’s. App said 0 wait time. Checked in online when I got to place. After waiting 20 minutes “on deck” some other dude walks in and gets right into a chair. I’m a big tipper for good service, well I’m taking my tip money somewhere else.

Don’t get my haircut. I showed up at my appointment time of 11:10 and while I was waiting it changed to 33 min wait. Will never go back.

I was greeted and treated very professionally. The haircut was meticulous and the wash and massages were an unexpected benefit. The place is very clean and comfortable. It was obvious from the interactions amongst the employees that they like each other and are professional. This was my first visit to a Sports Clips and I am glad that I followed the recommendation. It's the best haircut I've had in a long time!
